Orange II is a small community of 14 homes at 1938 W. Culver Avenue in Orange, California. Built in 1982, our five Tudor-style buildings sit a short walk from Old Towne Orange, close to Main Place, St. Joseph Hospital, and Chapman University, with easy freeway access. What makes Orange II special is its scale: with only 14 households, every owner has a real voice in how the community is run.
